All message data undergoes encryption before being transmitted over secure HTTPS connections to our backend systems. This information serves exclusively for detecting fraudulent activity and managing lending risks. We maintain a strict policy of never sharing your data with external parties. Should you want your message history removed from our systems, reach out to our support team, and we'll process your deletion request within seven business days.

2.2 Camera Permissions

The camera feature enables you to capture images of identification documents and selfies, which are then uploaded to complete mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures required for loan processing. Granting camera access is voluntary; declining this permission will restrict your ability to submit photos and may impact loan application completion. To have your uploaded images removed, get in touch with our customer support; we'll handle the removal within seven days.

2.3 Application List

We examine which applications are installed on your device as part of our risk evaluation framework. The system collects minimal data and sends this information over secure HTTPS protocols. This data contributes to our fraud detection mechanisms and remains confidential. No third parties receive this information. For data removal, contact support services; we'll complete the deletion within one week.

2.4 Device Details

Device information helps us secure your account and identify potential security threats. We access technical specifications including your device's make and model, operating system details, and unique identifiers. Only essential device data is collected and transmitted securely. This information supports our risk management and device verification processes. External sharing is not permitted. To request device data removal, contact customer support; processing takes up to one week.

2.5 Emergency Contact Details

During registration, we ask for three emergency contacts. For each contact, we store their relationship to you, full name, and telephone number. This information helps us confirm borrower identity, evaluate loan eligibility, and strengthen our risk assessment and fraud detection capabilities.

During the registration and application process, you'll be asked to provide various details:
